The pilot episode was finished filming around Christmas, taking longer than usual to film a first episode. The staff are hard at work doing their best to portray an invasion plot in global scale, with the first episode having a familiar yet different sort of setting for a Sentai series. Even though the series is said to incorporate a fantastical style in comparison to Go-Busters, it’s said that the backgrounds of each character involves various sorts of drama. KyoryuBlack is said to have a history very reminiscent of GoseiBlue, having supposedly lost friends during the invasion in Europe. KyoryuBlack’s name might also be Ian Kirkland.

A shot explaining how Go-BusterKing was not enough to fight Messiah Reboot, so the Busters used Buster Beet to launch Go-BusterRaiOh at him, allowing for them to zero in on his core and destroy him.

Enter, Escape and Enter's new Organic Metaroid, KuwagataRoid. J doesn't seem to be fighting him at all....making one wonder if J is sitting this one out because he would consider the bot "a friend."

The OmochiRoid (Rice Cake Roid) will serve as the enemy in the New Year's episode. The OmochiRoid is noted as looking suspiciously like the KesugomuRoid (EraserRoid) which the rangers' previously beat.

New Power Rangers Megaforce Cast Pics!

According to a few sources, rumor has it that the new season will take place in Angel Grove once again and former Power Rangers will return as substitute teachers. If this turns out to be true, it will be the first time since Angel Grove was visited in the PR Universe since "Once a Ranger" and the first time a season will fully take place since Power Rangers in Space.

UPDATE: The rumors have turned out to be false.

New Kyoryuger Pics with Character Breakdowns!

The new editions of the Televi-Kun and Magazine magazines reveal 2013′s heroes : Juden Sentai Kyoryuger !

They will, of course, appear for the first time in the movie Go-Busters VS Gokaiger. They will fight some Sugormin as well as Bacchus Gils’ right arm.

Their gear is seen in action : the GabuRevolver, the GaburiCalibur as well as the GabreCannon. To transform, they will shout : Kyoryu Change Fire !

The grunts of the series have a rather odd lookking appearence. These Zori-he (Zori Soldiers) are white with strange motifs on their suit. They also have green seeweeds on their head as well as a circular saw on their right arm.

Each Kyoryuger has his own title :

KyoryuRed : Kiba no Yuusha, the fang hero.

KyoryuBlack : Dangan no Yuusha, the bullet hero.

KyoryuBlue : Yoroi no Yuusha, the armor hero.

KyoryuGreen : Zangeki no Yuusha, the slashing hero.

KyoryuPink : Tsuno no Yuusha, the horn heroine.

Following Kyoryuger’s revelation, the new magazines also spoil us what the Maboroshi no Ranger Keys are.

What we saw in the trailer was true, the robots will use Ranger Keys (probably the Buddyroid Keys presented below) to transform into past robots, such as : GaoKing, MagiKing, DaiBouken, RyuSeiOh, GekiTohja, DaiZyuJin or FlashKing.

The Excite Ring will allow him to become ultra muscular to destroy everything on his way. The new Phantoms are Manticore and Hydra.

Beast Ring : Transforms into Kamen Rider Beast.

Kyoryu Black Actor Revealed!

Our inside sources have spotted the novice actor Shusuke Saito as the actor for Kyoryu Black.
Shusuke Saito previously had a minor role in the Japanese drama series, Kaseifu no Mita. In Kyoryuger, he’ll play a character called Ian who transforms into Kyoryu Black.

Kyoryuger Plot Revealed

Long ago, in the time of the dinosaurs, the earth was invaded by forces from outer space. The only people capable of the stopping them was a team known as the Kyouki Ryu no Sha, the People of the Strong Dragons, or, Kyoryuger for short. Now, in the modern world, they return using the powers of the Beast Batteries to fight off this revived threat.

Sounds a little like Zyuranger with the whole warriors reviving thing. Sounds like it will be fun though. Can't wait to see the premiere episode!

Now that we have a better look at the suits, I gotta say that they look very interesting. It's nice to see the return of spandex. I like their little dino-shoulder patch thing on the suits. The color scheme is definitely interesting this year as well.

More Kyoryuger Toy Pics

The mecha partners this year are dino mechs known as "JyuDenRyu." (Lit. Beast Electricity Dragons.) When a ranger throws their partner's battery into it's mouth, the JyuDenRyu activates. (GabuTyra's feathers raise; Stegocchi has a giant spike raise from his back; Dorikera tails extends/possibly moves; Zactor's tail separates into a 3-toed-claw; Parasagan's tail opens to reveal a gun; Ankydon's back flips out creating a long hammer-tail weapon.)

The JyuDenRyu can perform "Kamitsuki Gattai" (Biting Union) to form Kyouryujin, in it's many forms. The JyuDenChi utilize a host of different sound are extremely play-worthy. Warning: There is likely a lot more mecha to come!

The Kyouryuger's sword- GaburiCaliber. It comes with JyuDenChi 15 (Allomeras). Allomeras is an Allosaurus- no word on if it will get a mecha form, or remain a battery. Both the GabuRevolver and GaburiCaliber can combine into the Gaburu Cannon. A Gaburur Cannon DX Set will be sold; including all 3 Batteries for the 2 weapons.

The GabuRevolver, the Kyouryuger's henshin device and gun weapon. The toy comes with another JyuDenChi 01 (GabuTyra) and JyuDenChi 14 (Stymero). Stymero is a Styracosaurus- no word on if it will see a mecha form, or just act as a battery.

The Kyouryuger, a strong group of 5 dinosaur based heroes who fight with a samba flare! The Kyouryuger transform and power their arsenal with "JyuDenChi" (Beast Batteries.) To "Kyouryu Change!" into Kyouryuger, one merely needs to place his personal JyuDenChi into the GabuRevolver; a dinosaur-esque gun. Besides the Revolver, the Kyouryuger also have use of the  GaburiCaliber, a sword weapon. 2 batteries can be placed in the Revolver to form a finishing move; same goes for the Caliber.

Jyuden Sentai Kyouryuger:

The work is surrounded by a samba rhythm, making it a fun and bright experience! Theme of the show is "Charging" (Juuden, i.e. Jyuden, Beast Electricity). Using the JyuDenChi, in which Dinosaur Souls are stored, the Kyouryugers charge various pieces of their arsenal.

-Henshin Item is the "GaburiVolver" (Gaburi- to bite). The JyuDenChi is set in the "Gaburinchou" and henshin is carried out with a Samba Sound.

-Red, Black, Blue, Green and Pink require the help of Dinosaur partners, similar to Aba. Their names are GabuTyra (Tyrannosaurus), Parasagan (Parasaur), Stegocchi (Stegosaurus), Zactor (possibly a Velociraptor), and Torikera (Triceratops.)

-GabuTyra, Stegocchi, and Torikera can gattai into the "KyouryuuJin". Parasagan and Zactor act as replacement parts for the bot. The toy has speech gimmicks, and it can recognize all the batteries. It resembles AbarenOh a tad, and its' voice actor is Chiba Shigeru, who's appeared in way too many shows to list here
