According to a new rumor:

-Movie Wars '11 will feature the debut of the very first alien Kamen Rider. This rider, Kamen Rider Meteo's identity is that of Grei, a Martian.

-Grei transfers into Amanogawa High School. He warns Gentaro that the "Space War" is coming, and that he should make friends with all the Kamen Riders.

-Gentaro gathers up the older riders, allying with them friends. Some original actors appear, most are just guest voice overs.

-By resonating with the old riders, Fourze attains a new form
